About Paul / A global perspective
A global perspective
I’m Paul Hartmann, a software developer, engineer, and technology entrepreneur driven by a passion for solving complex problems and building products that push the boundaries of what technology can achieve.
Born in New York City and raised in Queens, with formative experiences in Germany, Austria, and Argentina, I grew up with an international perspective that continues to shape the way I think, build, and innovate. Being exposed to different cultures, ideas, and ways of approaching problems has influenced my belief that the best technology should transcend borders, connect people, and make powerful tools accessible to everyone.
My academic background combines a Master’s degree in Engineering and Mathematics from New York University (NYU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a university in Texas. This multidisciplinary foundation allows me to approach software development not simply as writing code, but as an exercise in systems thinking, analytical reasoning, architecture, and creative problem-solving.
About Paul / My vision
My vision
I believe the future belongs to people who can bridge the gap between ambitious ideas and working technology.
My work focuses on designing and developing intelligent software, AI-powered platforms, autonomous agents, and digital products that solve meaningful problems. From conversational AI and business automation to developer infrastructure and interactive digital experiences, I enjoy exploring how emerging technologies can be transformed into practical, scalable solutions.
Rather than limiting myself to a single discipline, I work across the technology stack—from architecture and backend engineering to AI integration, product design, infrastructure, and deployment. My goal is to build systems that are not only innovative, but also reliable, useful, and ready for the real world.

How I think about technology
I’m particularly interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence, mathematics, computer science, and real-world engineering.
I believe great software requires more than technical knowledge. It demands curiosity, discipline, architectural thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to keep moving forward when a problem has no obvious solution.
I value building over merely discussing possibilities, experimentation over assumptions, and working systems over impressive promises. Every project is an opportunity to learn, refine an idea, and turn complexity into something people can actually use.
My approach is ambitious but grounded: understand the problem, design the system, build the solution, test it rigorously, and keep improving it.
About Paul / Looking ahead
Looking ahead
My long-term ambition is to build technology that creates lasting value—products that empower individuals, help businesses operate more intelligently, and make advanced capabilities accessible on a global scale.
I’m especially excited about the evolution of AI agents, multilingual communication, autonomous workflows, and software platforms that bring together intelligence, creativity, and execution.
For me, innovation isn’t about following every new trend. It’s about identifying what is genuinely possible, understanding what people need, and having the engineering discipline to turn that vision into reality.
I’m Paul Hartmann. I build, I experiment, and I engineer ideas into technology with a global perspective and an uncompromising curiosity about what comes next.
